| As our students have continued to progress over the last few years they naturally move down a certain path. First it is Buy to let, then refurbishment, perhaps lease options, investing abroad and then onto commercial property. Now our most advanced students want to do developments themselves. We have therefore begun designing such a course to be available for the senior students by the end of 2006. Again this will be instructed by developers and will show potential and existing opportunities.
