We conduct the Whitney UK Property Training Academy throughout the UK year round. The training is taught by experienced and successful investors. Special guests include local property investors providing real estate market knowledge and visiting Whitney mentors who assist with a one-to-one learning programmes.

The overall training curriculum focuses on establishing or further developing you as a property investor, properly structuring your business, and finding the resources to start. You will learn the importance of evaluating the market value of the property and then analyze the numbers to see if you can make a profit from letting or selling. You will reverse the numbers to make sure that you understand what you need to begin, understand your exit strategies, and provide the reassurances that the deal is sound.

You will leave the 3-day training with the knowledge and confidence to move on in the business of property investing.
